"Autumn is completely rocking my world ... the colours are just so ... juicy. Where we live there are row upon row of grape vines gradually going through every shade from yellow-to-amber-to-scarlet and it's stunning. In our own front garden there's a huge persimmon tree and it's THE most amazing colour. Nature just gets it right, you know? It's visible from every room and takes my breath away every time I catch a glimpse of it as I go about my daily doings (it's really not that hard to distract me from vacuuming ... yes, husband I do vacuum). We haven't had much rain so the fruit are still pretty tiny, but I'm really looking forward to them ripening ... not that I have any idea what to do with them. Anyone got any good recipes?"
