Jewellery Care
We recommend you follow a few guidelines to ensure the longevity and care of your MEESHKA Jewellery:
- Avoid contact with all liquids and chemicals such as perfume, moisturiser, sunscreen, chlorine and salt water.
- Clean your jewellery regularly. To do this, dilute a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid in warm water and very gently wash your jewellery with a soft bristled toothbrush. Rinse well and pat dry with a clean, soft cloth.
- Store your jewellery separately in a pouch or jewellery box to protect against scratching and breakage.
- All jewellery by MEESHKA is handmade and is delicate by nature. Damage from careless wear and storage is not the responsibility of MEESHKA Jewellery.
Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped from our Byron Bay warehouse twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For urgent shipping please email us on hello@ochreandsilk.com.au.
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We will happily exchange/offer credit note for faulty items. Please email us on hello@ochreandsilk.com.au within 7 business days from receiving the item.
