Handwoven by skilled artisans in West Africa from durable Kinkanhe straw, this bell-shaped basket features a large, sturdy leather-bound handle for easy carrying. Versatile and beautiful, it’s perfect for market trips, beach outings, toy storage, plant display or elegant organisation around the home.
Rooted in the Bolga weaving tradition of Ghana’s Bolgatanga region, the basket is crafted using elephant grass harvested sustainably from waterhole surroundings. The grass is soaked and twisted into strong bunches before being meticulously woven by hand.
Please note: As a handmade item, subtle variations in size, colour, and texture enhance its unique character and appeal.

Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for change of mind. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return Label will be provided by Ochre and Silk. Original shipping will not be refunded.
