HAND WOVEN BASKET FROM IRINGA BLACK LARGE
Weaving has a long tradition in the Iringa and Njombe Region in the Tanzanian Southern Highlands, these baskets are handwoven by skilled female artisans.
Note: As this is a hand-made product, there may be slight variations in colour and subtle imperfections which only add to its character and unique appeal.
Size
Small: 23cm diameter x 23cm height
Medium: 28cm diameter x 28cm height
Large: 33/34cm diameter x 33/34cm (approx)
Some variations - some large are 33cm tall, some are 34cm.
Material:
100% Handwoven Milulu Reed Grass. Milulu grass is flexible, yet strong and durable.
Care:
Dust with feather duster or micro-fibre towel
